Welcome
Claire's artwork commentates on the absurdities and ironies of the human condition. She uses cartoons as a medium to make sense out of nonsense and to make the incongruous congruous. Her recent drawings, ink on paper, have been described as both endearing and sardonic. There is a degree of simplicity, perhaps naïvety, to the pictures...with a dash of satire thrown in.
